Food & Wine Pairing with Tanya Holland, Owner of Brown Sugar Kitchen

In 2017, Tanya Holland competed on the fifteenth season of Top Chef. She has contributed to The Huffington Post, Food & Wine, Signature Bride, and Wine Enthusiast magazines and has been featured in The New York Times, Gourmet, O Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal, Savoy, Travel & Leisure, and Sunset. Holland has also appeared on countless national television shows, including The Today Show, Vh1's Soul Cities, and Sarah Moulton's Cooking Live. Brown Sugar Kitchen is the creation of Chef Tanya Holland, who brings her exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and love of hosting and feeding people to the restaurant. Additionally, Chef Tanya Holland received her formal French training in Burgundy, France, just like our winemaker Jérôme Chéry.
